Leslie Wilkins-Gaudio, creator of isABelt...

Leslie Wilkins-Gaudio, graduated cum Laude from Pace University. For a period of 10 years she was part owner, with sister Elise, of Wilkins Associates, Executive Recruitment firm. Leslie took early retirement to become a full time travel hockey, soccer, basketball, and baseball mom to her 3 incredible children- Jordan, Frankie & Raquel. Always a true entrepreneur at heart, Leslie’s creative spirit was the driving force behind the isABelt product. In her “spare” time, Leslie has always tinkered with and created several different and unique product ideas, some of which are still in the pipeline! However, when she encountered her “eureka” moment for her isABelt product she knew this was something big!

Elise Wilkins
Vice President- PR and Marketing

Elise graduated IONA college of New Rochelle, NY with a BBA in Finance and did post graduate work at Long Island University. Elise started her career in Corporate Finance before moving into Human Resource, staffing. Elise Wilkins has had an Executive Search Consulting business for more than 15 years and in addition is the Recruiting Manager of a Clinical Research Organization. Elise loves dealing with people and juggling a career and family. Elise received her Black Belt in Karate in December of 2003 after almost 4 years of training. Elise is physically fit and enjoys working out, cooking and being active with her boys. Elise Wilkins is a mother of 6 boys Joey 14, Scott 12 and Michael 9 years and is Married to Dave Warren and he too, has three boys Tyler 15, Hunter, 12 and Bailey 8 years old. Most important to Elise is not only her immediate family but her sisters Lori and Leslie and Mother Roberta and their close knit extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Lori Wilkins-Vaughan
Vice President of Sales

Lori attended American International University and Mercy College.
Lori began her career in retail buying and worked her way up in a short time from an Assistant Buyer to Sr. Buyer at Lord and Taylor, buying for fifty stores from Manahattan. While at Lord and Taylor, Lori was invited to join the elite Steering Committee at Associated Dry Goods and May Corporation. Lori bought for many different areas of Woman’s and Children’s fashions, before leaving to become a full time stay at home mom. Lori pursued a second career, several years ago, and is currently doing consulting as a Registered Dental Assistant. She received her certifications from UMDMJ where she graduated with honors. Lori received her EMT certification in 2007. She also attained a black belt in Karate in 2004.

Lori is married with children. Lori has 2 boys and 4 girls, which keep her on her toes. She has a great love of fashion and is always on top of the latest trends and happenings in the market. Like her sisters, Lori considers her family and friends her most important focus in life.

Dave Warren
CIO

Dave Warren, 52, was appointed CIO on January 1st 2009. While taking on this after-hours role Dave has worked and continues to work for United Healthcare over the past 5 years in the web-portal area and previously with IBM Global Services for 7 years as Service Delivery Manager. He has over 20 years of IT experience from development through Project Management and Program Management in both the Application Development and Infrastructure Support arenas. Mr Warren has been the focal point for all things computer/web releated in an informal role since isABelt's inception and continues managing the day to day development and maintanance of isABelt's IT related operations.
